5. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the quality of our gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused, unwashed items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

To start a return, email us at support@fowlrooster.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
